Since the grand opening of our doors, the Formal Headquarters’ mission has been to become the forerunner in the Northern California Men’s Formalwear industry. No experience necessary
Although a large amount of our staff has been in the formalwear industry for numerous years, with our thorough training process and proprietary seminars, all a new-hire needs to succeed is a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Fantastic opportunities for advancement are offered to our team members. Although we already have three branches just within the Bay area, Formal Headquarters is still growing at the healthy rate of approximately 2 new locations per average year. Combining that steady-growth with an aggressive acquisition agenda is creating opportunities for ambitious employees across the Northern California area; specifically since we primarily seek to promote from within.
